- Due to Social Introvert being a very small business, a 1-person operation (i.e. owner, embroiderer, photographer, marketer, shipper), we rarely run discounts and promotions. Most orders are made-to-order. Although we don't usually offer discounts & promotions, we do offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $100 with code "SHIPFREE" at checkout! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND UNDERSTANDING!
ORDER PROCESSING :
- Order processing lead times may take 2-7 business days. ALL PRODUCTS are solely made by myself with a single needle embroidery machine or heat press.
- ALL Social Introvert products are in stock and available, unless specified as "sold out" or "coming soon."
SHIPPING :
- All packages will be processed for shipping within 2-7 business days after purchase date. Expected delivery dates are used as a guide of when your order will arrive.
- ALL shipping is sent through USPS and UPS.
- Items marked as "delivered" by USPS and UPS are/will be considered delivered for the purposes of refunds.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS :
At this time, Social Introvert does not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless there is an error on our end. Errors on our end will be fixed as soon as possible.
